Made from alumina zirconia cloth (blue) for extended life and fast cut.
Will outlast aluminum oxide resin fiber discs up to 25:1.
Removes welds and blends in one fast operation.
Provides more uniform grinding than resin fiber discs.
Can do the work of both a T-27 wheel and RFD.

HIGH DENSITY FLAP DISCSHigh density flap discs have up to 60% more cloth than our standard discs for longer life and a softer grind. KASCO high density flap discs are ideal for grinding and finishing contoured shapes. All discs in the table below feature premium alumina zirconia cloth. Discs are available with aluminum oxide cloth upon request.
